This will serve as my online workout journal, for thoughts and observations that I don't think would be of interest to the folks at IOL. I still keep an excel file with basic information about weights and reps, but it’s useful to record additional observations of such things as what hurt, what didn’t; what needs to change; what weights need to be upped, etc. I enjoy lifting ever heavier (hopefully) weights. There's a feeling of accomplishment pulling a heavy deadlift. "Heavy" is a relative term, though; I probably max out on most lifts at others' warm-up weights, but as long as I make progress relative to me, that's all that counts.
